Alessio Curatolo “CURA” (b. 1982, Sicily) is a visual artist working across installation, sculpture and digital media.

Formed in Industrial and Multimedia Design, he began his career exploring graffiti, photography, and video art before moving into high-level Art Direction and 3D Motion Graphics. Over more than fifteen years, he lived and worked across major creative hubs, including Rome, Berlin, Barcelona, and Shanghai, collaborating with international post-production studios and agencies on large-scale commercial campaigns for global brands.

Having returned to Sicily, CURA now dedicates his practice to independent artistic research. Drawing on his deep technical fluency in digital production and commercial visual codes, his current work investigates the mechanisms of authority, algorithmic control, and mass-produced imagery through physical, handmade processes.
